Lindsey Graham, MSW

Palliative Care Director

Lindsey Graham is the Palliative Care Director and a dedicated social worker with a passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Jacksonville State University in 2008 and returned to JSU in 2022 to complete her Master of Social Work. Lindsey has over a decade of experience primarily in medical social work, including home health, hospice, and hospital settings. She has also supported children and families in crisis through her work in child-focused social services, giving her a broad understanding of complex emotional and social needs across all ages.

Driven by a deep compassion for others, Lindsey finds purpose in walking alongside patients and families with empathy and understanding.

Outside of work, Lindsey is a proud single mom to her 9-year-old son. Together with their two dogs, Bo and Archie, they enjoy life’s adventures—whether that’s traveling, visiting water parks and sporting events, shopping, or simply enjoying quality time at home. Lindsey also finds joy in time spent with friends and family, attending concerts, and walking by the lake. In recent years, she’s embraced a healthier lifestyle, and the gym has become an important space of strength and balance in her life.
